PreciDent Imports' mission is to provide our customers with the best products and services available. Wherever possible, PreciDent Imports will source ecologically friendly materials to supply its customers, and also to use those materials in the on-site lab.

All materials and machines are sourced from suppliers in Germany, and are under the most stringent controls. Labelled with the CE certificate, they guarantee to be compliant with all current safety and health regulations.

Our continuous investment in our staff, equipment, processes, materials and our laboratory is supporting our mission.

PreciDent is a member of the Dental Laboratories Association (DLA) and Denta Colleg, a quality association of dentists and dental laboratories in Germany. Our quality management procedures have been established in conjunction with those bodies and are regularly reviewed and updated to adhere to the latest standards.

PreciDent Imports and PreciDent Laboratory comply with all industry regulations currently in the market, for example Medical Devices Regulation.

To reassure our customers of the quality of our products and services, we give a 5 year guarantee on any work carried out.
